For years ago, knitters and crocheters from Christ Episcopal Church, Peace Lutheran Church, and Trinity Lutheran Church formed a Covenant Prayer Shawl Ministry. Prayer shawls are made and given to those in need of comfort and prayers, and shawls are given to the Chaplain Department at the Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Caps are made and distributed to inner city elementary students each year.

Meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month (except December) at 3:00 pm at Trinity; parking is available. All knitters and crocheters are welcome.
